UPDATE: TaxFolder “Services not available” Issue

We have made a configuration adjustment which we expect will address the “Services not available” issue, along with the reported issues around document access.

  • You may need to close your browser and sign in again in a new browser window to issue the session tokens with TaxFolder.
  • If you encounter a document link sent prior to this change that does not open the document, please resend that document.

We are currently working on an improved load balancing strategy to help TaxFolder scale to demand. We hope to deploy that change in the next week or so.
