Updates to Trilogy Software's Privacy Policy

We have updated our Privacy Policy. We made these changes as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy and to comply with applicable data privacy laws.

These changes were published on December 2, 2020, and come into effect on January 1, 2021. You are not required to take action on these changes.

Here is a brief overview of the changes:

• We added a section on automatic tracking of your use of our website and cloud services.
• We added a section on data residency indicating that our servers are located in the Canada region offered by third-party cloud-hosted services, and to remind you that your data may be transferred through other jurisdictions by these hosting services.
• We clarified how we will use any tax return files shared with us through our cloud-based products and services.
