A recent WebRoot update caused their security program to falsely identify a very large number of safe software, including TaxCycle, as malicious. Consequently, our software was quarantined. We've since learned that they have corrected these problems and users can safely restore the quarantined files.
We suggest you update WebRoot and restore our products from quarantine. If the WebRoot update does not resolve delays, you can try turning off the RealTime Shield on the main page (or look in the Advanced settings as shown here).
