Using TaxCycle for the first time and not feeling the fit? Let us know. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue. Still not happy? We'll refund your purchase. Simple as that.

Our satisfaction guarantee comes with a few straightforward conditions:

  •   It applies only to first-time purchases of our software.
  •   Refunds cover the full purchase price of the current-year product.
  •   Prior-year software is not eligible for a refund.
  •   After February 28 of the tax year, refunds might be prorated or declined.
  •   We offer one refund per product.
  •   If you come back next year, we'll take that as a sign you're happy with your choice!

T1/TP1 Accuracy Guarantee

Accuracy is everything. If your client is charged interest on their T1 or TP1 return due to a miscalculation made by our software, we’ll cover it — up to $2,500 CAD.

To qualify for the T1/TP1 Accuracy Guarantee, your tax return must meet the following conditions:

  •   The return was filed using the latest version of TaxCycle software available at the time.
  •   The source data was correct and accurately entered.
  •   There were no manual overrides to any calculations when the return was filed.
  •   The error originated solely from the TaxCycle software.
  •   You notified us of the issue within three months of your client receiving a notice of interest or adjustment.
