Refund Policy

At Trilogy Software, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, get in touch. We’ll do our utmost to resolve your concerns, and if you still remain dissatisfied with any product you are using for the first time, we will promptly refund* your money (the “Satisfaction Guarantee”).

*Refunds are limited to the full purchase price of the currently-licensed product. We do not issue refunds for prior-year software purchases. Based on the seasonality of our industry, we reserve the right to pro-rate refunds on a case-by-case basis. After March 31st of the year for which the current software license is active, we reserve the right not to offer any refund. Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee may only be used once. If you receive a refund and then purchase the same product the following year, we assume that you make an informed decision based on knowledge of the software, its features and functionality, so you will not be entitled to a second refund.
