Refund Policy

At TaxCycle, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, get in touch. We’ll do our utmost to resolve your concerns, and if you still remain dissatisfied with any product you are using for the first time, we will promptly refund your money (the “Satisfaction Guarantee”).

Terms and Conditions

  • Refunds are limited to the full purchase price of the currently-licensed product.
  • We do not issue refunds for prior-year software purchases.
  • We do not issue refunds for government agency filing requirement changes.
  • Based on the seasonality of our industry, we reserve the right to pro-rate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • After February 28th of the year for which the current software license is active, we reserve the right not to offer any refund.
  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee may only be used once. If you receive a refund and then purchase the same product the following year, we assume that you make an informed decision based on knowledge of the software, its features and functionality, so you will not be entitled to a second refund.
  • We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy, in our sole discretion without prior individual notice.
