Known Issue: TaxCycle Not Populating Credentials or Attaching XML Files for Slips

When filing slips using Internet File Transfer (XML), TaxCycle does not automatically populate the account number or Web Access Code (WAC) on the CRA sign-in page, and does not automatically attach the generated XML file on the CRA transmission screen.

Workaround

1. On the CRA sign-in page, manually enter your account number and WAC.
2. On the file attachment screen, click Select File to browse for the XML file, or drag and drop it into the upload area. Make sure to attach only the XML file generated by TaxCycle and not the full tax return. Read the XML File Location help topic to learn where TaxCycle saves this file on your computer.

We will resolve this issue in the next TaxCycle update.
