Known Issue: Signature Image Right-Aligned in Letters

When printing or viewing any client letters, the signature image, which is pulled in from Options via the Closing snippet, appears right-aligned instead of maintaining its standard left-aligned.

Workaround

1. Open the Template Editor in TaxCycle.
2. Find and select the Closing snippet template for the module in question.
3. Clone the template.
4. Save the template.
5. Repeat these steps for the Closing snippet in each module (e.g., T1 2025, T2 2026, etc.) where you need the signature corrected.

The simple act of cloning and saving the snippet should automatically reset the signature image's alignment. If not, make a change to the body of the template before saving, such as:

1. Right-click on the signature image.
2. Select Wrap Text from the context menu and choose In Line with Text.

Anticipated Resolution

Our team is currently investigating this issue and plans to resolve it in an upcoming release.
