RESOLVED: Auto-fill my return (AFR) and Express NOA

Since the release of TaxCycle version 11.2.47047.0, we’ve received reports that downloads from T1 Auto-fill my return (AFR) and T1 Express NOA do not work.


To resolve this issue temporarily, disable the AFR service mode in TaxCycle options:

  1. From the Start screen, click Options in the blue bar on the left side. If you have a file open, go to the File menu, then click Options.
  2. In the Options dialog box, expand Transmission.
  3. Click on E-Services.
  4. In the AFR Download section, clear the check box next to Enable AFR service mode.
  5. Click Apply or OK to save your changes.

This issue was resolved in the latest TaxCycle release.
