RESOLVED: TaxFolder Text/SMS Verification

Since the update last night, we have discovered two issues with the process that sends text/SMS messages with the verification code before signing a document.

  • The new feature to request a phone call to a mobile/SMS number—instead of receiving the verification code by text—does not always display when expected.
  • In some circumstances, after entering the last four digits of your phone number, you may see a message “unable to send code.” However, you will still receive a code and that code works when entered.

We are currently investigating these issues and working on a solution.


The update from February 27, 2021 resolves this issue.
