If you're near a location where we are presenting in-person, we highly recommend spending the day with us. Attendees at the in-person events can immerse themselves in the training and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the presenters and network with peers.

The presentation begins promptly at 9 a.m. local time. Please arrive early enough to register, find a seat and fill your coffee/tea cup. Registration opens at 8:30.
In-person training in Calgary, Vancouver and Mississauga includes coffee breaks and lunch. (Breakfast is not included.)
Make sure to register at the desk when you arrive so that we can confirm your attendance. We will email certificates after the event.
No. While we often use T1 content in the examples, the content in the seminar is applicable across TaxCycle modules.
Yes. We use tickets to confirm your attendance and qualify you for the professional development credits. Please print the ticket attached to the order confirmation email and bring it to the event. Or, open the Eventbrite app on your mobile device and show the confirmation when you arrive.
If you registered a ticket on someone else's behalf, that person must claim their ticket from the email they received from Eventbrite. To claim a ticket, click on "Claim Your Order" within the email. It will open the Eventbrite website to log in or set a password.
Yes. Please call 1-888-841-3040 or contact us to make the change. If you are replacing someone else at the event on the day, please let us know so we can update your certificate information.

No. The event is only one day; we cannot negotiate a room rate for attendees.
No. The presentation does not require a laptop. If you feel like bringing one, you are more than welcome. Please be aware that power supply and internet access is not provided in Calgary, Vancouver, Mississauga.
