We have received reports that TaxCycle is returning an exception error when attempting to convert a T2 return to the latest module.
Manually change the T2 file extension from .2022T2 to .2023T2 to force a manual conversion to the latest module. Then, open the file in TaxCycle T2.
If you are converting a .2021T2 file, for example, you must convert it to a .2022T2 file before converting it to the latest module.
We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle release.
