RESOLVED: TaxFolder Reminders Incorrectly Triggered for Voided Documents

We are aware of an issue where TaxFolder is sending reminder notifications for documents that have been marked as “Voided.” These documents should be excluded from the reminder process.

Workaround

Delete the document requests instead of voiding them, or ask the client to decline the signature request.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxFolder update.
