TaxFolder Update (November 24, 2025)

On November 24, 2025, we deployed an update to TaxFolder that included the following improvements and fixes.

Improvements

• Customer Request Added support for uploading HEIC files from newer Apple devices.
• Customer Request Improved the navigation from shared document links in client notifications. Clicking the link in the notification now opens the relevant document or engagement in the Client Portal.

Resolved Issues

• Customer Reported Known Issue: TaxFolder Reminders Incorrectly Triggered for Voided Documents 
• Fixed an issue where batch reminders failed to be sent in some cases.
• Corrected the “Days to expiry” calculation for document links in reminder emails.
• Customer Reported Fixed an issue where special characters in client file names prevented the file from being included in the downloaded zip file.
