This release rolls over the TaxCycle Forms module to 2025.

To install this version immediately, download the full installer from our website or request a free trial. Once we enable the automatic update for this version, TaxCycle will prompt you to install it according to the priority set in your TaxCycle Options. Rollover of TaxCycle Forms to 2025

This release rolls over the TaxCycle Forms module to 2025, allowing you to create a 2025 forms collection. Please note the following:

• You can carry forward 2024 TaxCycle Forms files and files from ProFile® and Taxprep®.
• You can create Forms files from other 2025 TaxCycle modules.

Other Updates

• T1 2024 and 2025—Added a message to the Transmit sidebar to reflect the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) discontinuation of the Authorize a Representative (AuthRep) service for individuals as of July 15, 2025. You will now need to use the Represent a Client service for new authorization requests. Read this CRA brochure to learn more.
  
• T2—Added a new row to Schedule 341 to account for the 1.5% tax rate for new small businesses for the days in the tax year after March 31, 2025.
• Client Manager—Upgraded the Client Manager database for improved performance. This requires a database re-index, which will happen automatically overnight. You can also manually re-index the Client Manager database at any time. Read the Indexing and Monitored Folders help topic to learn more.

Resolved Issues

• Known Issue: T2 S341 is Missing the 1.5% Rate for New Small Businesses
• Customer Reported TaxCycle Forms—Resolved an error that occurred at line 302 when attempting to transmit form T2058 using the Special Elections and Returns (SERs) service. Lines 302, 303 and 305 are now mandatory.
