TaxFolder Update (March 6, 2021)

We have deployed an update to www.taxfolder.com based on recent feedback.

Enhancements

• Improved error messaging if you try to add a team member who is already associated with a different firm.
• Added a redirect to a password changed confirmation page that includes options to return to TaxFolder. 
• Added support for area codes 833 and 672 (Fixed everywhere except when sending a document for signature from the TaxFolder Client Dashboard).
• Updated activation email to warn that the activation link expires after 24 hours.
• Added the following new topics to documentation:
  • Add/Invite a Client to TaxFolder
  • Resend the TaxFolder Activation Email
  • Managing Engagements in TaxFolder

Resolved Issues

• Known Issue: TaxFolder Account Activation Email Not Sent
• Email to request documents not sending when adding a client or engagement.

This TaxFolder update also contains a fix to address the creation of duplicate engagements; however, the changes will only take effect once you install the next TaxCycle release.
