TaxFolder Update (April 8, 2022)

On April 8, 2022, we deployed an update to www.taxfolder.com to resolve issues recently reported by customers.

On Friday afternoon, we also briefly took TaxFolder offline to scale up services in response to increased volume.

Resolved Issues

• Significant slowness when retrieving client and engagement details. This issue was introduced in the update on April 7.
• Signature and date fields scrolling off the page when creating a new signature request in TaxFolder.
• The Next button not jumping to the next signature field in certain situations.
