Renewed TaxCycle? How to Activate Your New License

Thank you to everyone who has renewed their TaxCycle software for the coming season. This is your friendly reminder that you must activate your software to access the new tax modules.

On the TaxCycle Start screen, click Activate a license to go to the Help screen.

How do I add a new license?

1. If you previously signed in to download your licenses, click the link to Refresh licenses to retrieve renewed licenses.
2. If you did not previously sign in from TaxCycle, click the Sign In button and follow the steps to download your license. (See Sign In to Download Licenses.) If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in screen.
3. If you prefer to enter your license code manually, click the link to enter your license details. (See Manually Enter a License Code.)

Where can I find my license code?

It is important to know which email address you used to buy the product. The email address and code work as a pair. You cannot activate a license code generated with a different email address. To find the code, you have two options:

1. Check your account on www.taxcycle.com. Sign in, then click on your name at the top right of the page to go to your account. Click Active licenses to display the license code for the current year of TaxCycle. A current license provides access to all prior years.
2. Find the invoice we sent you by email when you renewed.
