Sign In to Download Licenses

After installing TaxCycle or DoxCycle, you must activate your software by providing license information. The best way to do this is to sign in with your TaxCycle account. (If you cannot sign in with your TaxCycle account, you can manually enter your license code to activate.)

1. The first time you run TaxCycle or DoxCycle, the Start screen prompts you to activate your software.
2. Click the Sign In button.
   
3. Enter your Email Address and Password for your TaxCycle account. This is the account you created when requesting a trial or purchasing software from our website.
4. Click the Sign In button to retrieve your license code and activate the software.
5. If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot your password? TaxCycle opens a new browser window to the page where you can request a password reset. Enter your email address and click the Reset button. Then check your email and click the link to set a new password. Once you enter a new password, return to step 2, above.
   
6. If you install both TaxCycle and DoxCycle, they will share license information and you should only need to sign in through one of the programs.
