Search on Workflow and Return Status

The Client Manager Return status and Workflow filters allow you to search for clients whose tax returns are at a particular stage of preparation.

The Return status filters allow you to search the status of Workflow groups.

  1. Open the Client Manager and click on the Quick Searches sidebar.
  2. Scroll down to the Custom filters section and expand the Return status box.

  3. Select a group from the drop-down menu (they appear in alphabetical order).
  4. Select the status from the second drop-down menu.
  5. In the completed field, choose a date.

  6. To add another condition, select And or Or.
  7. Select another group from the drop-down menu.
  8. Select another status from the second drop-down menu.

Workflow Filters

The Workflow filters allow you to search the status of Workflow tasks.

  1. Open the Client Manager and click on the Quick Searches sidebar.
  2. Scroll down to the Custom filters section and expand the Workflow box.
  3. Select a task from the first drop-down menu (they appear in alphabetical order).

  4. Select the status from the second menu.
  5. In the completed field, choose a date.
  6. To add another condition, select And or Or.
