Set a Recovery Email

In case you lose access to your two-factor device, please provide another email address (that is not your account email address) to recover your two-factor secured account.

  1. Sign in to your TaxCycle Account and go to the Advanced Security screen.
  2. Enter a Recovery Email address in case you lose access to your two-factor device. This address must be different from the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Update or Remove the recovery email at any time by returning to this page.
