CO-17 Paper Filing

If you choose not to file a Québec CO-17 corporate tax return online, you must print the bar code and keying summaries for the return on paper and mail them to Revenu Québec. 

Paper Filing Question on the CO-17 Online Filing Worksheet (CO17OnlineWS)

To trigger the print sets for paper filing a CO-17 return:

1. Go to the CO-17 Online Filing Worksheet (CO17OnlineWS).
2. Select Yes to the question This return is eligible for CO-17 online filing but you’re choosing not to file online.

Print the CO-17 Revenu Québec Print Set

1. When you answer the paper-filing question on the CO17OnlineWS, the CO-17 Online Filing box in the Transmit sidebar changes to prompt you to print the CO-17 Revenu Québec print set.
2. This also activates printing of the keying summaries using the CO-17 Revenu Québec print set in the Print/PDF sidebar. 
3. There is a drop-down menu at the top of the Print/PDF sidebar that allows you to restrict the list of print sets by type or return. Choose CO-17 to see only the print sets related to CO-17.
4. This print set contains the bar code (COR17U) and keying summaries required when you print on paper. (To learn how to view the contents of a bar code, see the Bar Code Contents help topic.)
5. Print the CO-17 Revenu Québec print set and mail it to Revenu Québec. (Learn more about printing in the Print/PDF a Return help topic.)
