How to Change the Email Address Associated with Your TaxCycle Account

  1. Go to and sign in to your TaxCycle Account with your current email address and password.
  2. After signing in, click your email address that appears in the main menu to go to your account.

  3. Click Change Email in the account menu. This will redirect you to the Change Profile screen on

  4. Enter a new email address in the Email/Username field.
  5. Click Update.

  6. You will be signed out of your TaxCycle Account.

  7. Check your new email address for a message with a link to confirm the change. Click the Confirm email link.

  8. A browser window opens and displays a message confirming your new email was verified. From now on, use your new email address to sign in to your TaxCycle Account to purchase software or access TaxFolder.
