Securely Send Files to TaxCycle Support

Learn how to securely send tax files to our support team for assistance. We use TitanFile’s encrypted Secure Submit portal to ensure your sensitive data remains protected. All files sent to us using TitanFile are permanently deleted after 30 days.

1. Go to the TaxCycle Secure Submit page.
2. Enter your First and Last Name.
3. Enter your Email Address. 
4. In the Message box, include a brief description of the issue.
5. Drag and drop your file into the Attach Files box, or click “choose here” to browse your computer.
6. Click SEND FILES.

Once the upload is complete, you will see a “Success!” message. Our support team will be notified automatically and will contact you as soon as possible.
