Microsoft Outlook 2007

Occasionally email messages generated from TaxCycle or DoxCycle open in Microsoft Outlook 2007 as an EML file attached to the email message instead of creating a new message with the content.  

To address this issue in Outlook 2007, Microsoft released a patch. To install this patch:

1. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956693.
2. Click the link to Activate the Outlook 2007 post-Service Pack 1 hotfix package.
3. Download the hotfix package and run it. 
4. Follow the hotfix package setup instructions to apply the hotfix.
